  2. 2 large eggs
  3. 3 garlic cloves minced
  4. 1 bunch choy sum baby Asian greens or Bok Choy, baby broccoli etc. Chopped up.
  5. 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  6. 2 tablespoon oyster sauce
  7. 2 tablespoon white vinegar
