  • Chilean Pasilla

  • Thin Beef Steak
  • Garlic Powder
  • Ground Black Pepper
  • Cream Cheese
  • Chihuahua Cheese
  • Cooked Rice

Instructions:

  1. First: Cut the tomatoes and onions into thin slices and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add sliced tomatoes and onions.
  3. Then, add a clove of garlic, pasilla chiles, and guajillo chilies. The gore is all about 3 or 4 minutes long.
  4. Add sesame seeds and cook for 60 seconds, and add water, let it boil for 5 minutes, turn off the heat.
  5. Now transfer the frying ingredients to a blender, add a pinch of salt, blend the ingredients.
  6. Turn on the heat, transfer the sauce to the same pan and cook the sauce until thick.
  7. Season the beef steak with salt, black pepper and garlic. Then in a separate pan, cook the steaks until both are golden brown, this may take 3 minutes.

  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • ¼ medium Onion, sliced
  • 2 medium Tomatoes, Sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 piece Guajillo Chili
  • 1 piece Pasilla Chili
  • 2 tbsp 365 by Whole Foods Market Sesame Seeds, Recommended
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 cup Water

For Steaks

  • 2 Thin Beef Steak
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder
  • ½ tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 pinch Salt

For Assemble

  • 1 cup Cooked Rice
  • ½ cup Kraft Philadelphia Cream Cheese, Recommended
  • ½ cup Supremo Queso Chihuahua Shredded Quesadilla Cheese, Recommended
  • ½ medium Avocado, Sliced
  • ½ medium Onion, Sliced
  • ½ Tomato, Sliced

Instructions

  1. Cut the tomatoes and onions thinly
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium to high heat
  3. Place the sliced tomatoes and onions in the pan
  4. Add pasilla chiles, garlic, and guajillo chiles
  5. Fry the ingredients for 4 minutes
  6. Add the sesame seeds and cook for another 60 seconds.
  7. Add water, and cook for 5 minutes and then turn off the heat.
  8. Transfer the fried ingredients into a blender
  9. Then, add a little salt, and blend until smooth
  10. Turn on the heat and transfer the sauce to the same pan, cook the sauce until thickened.
  11. Season your steak with salt, garlic powder, and black peppers.
  12. In a separate frying pan or pan, cook the steak on both sides until cooked or turns brown, this may take 3 minutes.
  13. On a plate, add the prepared sauce and some cream cheese.
  14. Add white rice or Mexican brown rice on top, add steak, add chihuahua cheese on top of steak.
