  • 1.5 Cups Rolled Oats
  • 1/3 Cup Shredded Coconut (Choose unsweetened shredded coconut)
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract (Optional)

  • 1/3 Cup Shredded Coconut (this is used to roll the balls)

  • Put all ingredients into a food processor except extra coconut, puree.
  • Add extra coconut in a bowl, shape into balls using approx. 1 Tbsp of the mixture in your hand and roll it in the grated coconut, then shape it again with your hands until all the mixture is mixed.
