2 c mango cut into cubes (can use one large mango or two medium sized mangoes) - 2-3 tablespoons condensed milk
- ½ c nata de coco coconut jelly
- 1.5 c 385mL evaporated milk

- The first step is to prepare the sago, you can prepare it in a small pan. Boil water in a small saucepan, add dried pearl sago, boil for 5 minutes, turn off the heat and let sit for 15 minutes.
- If it is cooked, now strain and set aside to cool
- In a bowl, combine diced mango, cooked sago, nata de coco, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and stir until smooth.
Now cover the bowl and store it in the refrigerator for at least two hours so that your Mango Bango is cool and refreshing when you eat it. Serve while cold!
